There are five different designs in total, Jaki revealed via his Twitter account. Each of these sport Cyberpunk 2077 branding and striking accented colours ranging from neon red, purple, yellow and so on. Lifestyle-based website Hypebeast reveals that the designs are based on the Adidas’ X9000 shoe series. And just in case if you’re wondering, these shoes do not light up (although it would be super cool if that was to be the case).
The shoe line is currently one of many Cyberpunk 2077-themed products that have been revealed so far. Others that have previously been announced include an Xbox One X limited edition console (and controller), headphones, gaming chairs, and even a smartphone.
— Rafal Jaki (@GwentBro) November 4, 2020 While Jaki mentioned that the Cyberpunk-themed Adidas shoes will only hit select Asian markets, he did not specify where exactly they will be sold. Pricing for the collaborative shoe line has not been revealed at this time. But for reference, the Adidas Malaysia website lists the original X9000 series’ price range from RM450 to RM600.
Fans of both Adidas and the upcoming (yet delayed) Cyberpunk 2077 who are hoping to score a pair from this shoe line should have their fingers crossed, in hopes of it being sold in Malaysia. (Source: Rafal Jaki [1] [2] / Hypebeast)
