With the objective to raise at least RM 50,000 within the next 29 days, the Yellow Heart COVID-19 Aid fundraiser is aimed solely at Digi customers. All the contributions from this fundraiser will be used by GDRN to help MoH obtain medical supplies as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilators in their fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting immediately, Digi customers can donate to the cause directly through MyDigi app by purchasing the Yellow Heart COVID-19 Aid passes that are located inside the Rewards section of the app. The passes are available in several nominations including RM 2, RM 5, RM 10, and RM 20. Interesting enough, Digi users are only able to purchase each pass once which means that the telco is only accepting maximum donation of RM 37 from each of its customers. The donation amount will be deducted directly from customers’ credit if they are Digi Prepaid users while Digi Postpaid customers would able to see it inside their next bill.
