As a quick recap, the DJI Pocket 2 comes with a 1/1.7-inch sensor which enables it to capture 64MP photos and record videos at up to 4K resolution at 60 fps. It also supports 8x zoom for 64MP stills, 4x lossless zoom for 1080p videos, up to 8x slow motion at 1080p, and HDR video recording. The camera is the first to feature modular control support, enabling users to swap between several available physical interfaces such as the Mini Control Stick attachment. Other than that, the Pocket 2 is also equipped with the new DJI Matrix Stereo system, which consists of four onboard microphones.

For features, the portable camera comes with 3-axis stabilisation, ActiveTrack 3.0 autofocusing, as well as subject and face tracking capabilities. Meanwhile on the software side of things, the Pocket 2 comes with a variety of photo and video modes including 3×3 Panorama, Timelapse, Hyperlapse, Motionlapse, AI Editor, Livestream, and Story Mode. DJI noted that this newly announced model will also include all of the various updates and improvements that were released after the launch of the original. These include enhancements on autofocus, added HDR Video, better tracking, and many others.
