What sucks about the legacy of the Twilight saga is that despite how good its two leads actors have been in the independent scene since then, the mainstream masses only think of Twilight when their names pop up. This is especially true for Robert Pattinson, who despite being one of the most exciting actors working today — watch Good Time and The Rover — was heavily scrutinized when he was cast as the new Batman. Here’s to hoping that Pattinson’s work in the upcoming Christopher Nolan movie, Tenet and also Matt Reeves’ The Batman, finally change the way casual fans see him.
