The new model joined the five other MateBook models that the company had launched on our shores back in April. At that time, Huawei had already offered the MateBook D15 10th Edition although it is equipped with a more powerful processor in the form of Intel Core i5-10210U. As for the new MateBook D15 i3 2021, it is running on an Intel Core i3-10110U chip instead. The amount of RAM and storage space within this model are half of its Core i5 counterpart as well; at 8GB and 256GB, respectively. Other than that, they are relatively the same 1.53kg laptop which includes a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display, the signature pop-up 1MP webcam on its keyboard, Huawei Share support, integrated fingerprint reader within its power button, 42Whr battery, and 65W USB-C charger. Readily available for pre-order until 17 June, the MateBook D15 i3 2021 can be obtained for RM 2,599. Pre-order customers will be provided with a Huawei Backpack and Mouse, so check out Huawei Malaysia’s online store for further details.
