As for differences between the two sizes, the 46mm sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a 22mm strap, while the 42mm features a 1.2inch AMOLED display with 20mm strap. With a difference in size, also comes a difference in battery life.

Huawei says that with typical usage, the 46mm series is capable of running for 14 days in a single charge. On the other hand, the 42mm series only runs for seven days. Additionally, the 46mm Watch GT2 is also the only one that supports Bluetooth calling. Fitted with Huawei’s own Kirin A1 chipset, the Watch GT 2 is running on the company’s homegrown OS, Lite OS. Comes standard with support for GPS, GLONASS, and Bluetooth 5.1, it also features an optical heart rate sensor that can still be used while swimming. Speaking about swimming, the Watch GT 2 has a 5ATM rating which means that it is capable to withstand water depth for up to 50 meters for 10 minutes. Aside from that, the smartwatch also features a built-in voice-based running coach. Equipped with 2GB of internal storage, you not only able to control music playback on your phone but also upload and play songs directly on the Watch GT 2 as well as listen to them through its built-in speaker. The Watch GT2 46mm variant is priced at €249 (~RM1,151) while the smaller 42mm variant costs €229 (~RM1,059). While both models will be made available in Europe starting October, Huawei has yet to announce any pricing or availability details for Malaysia. (Source: Huawei.)
