CNET reports that the Lenovo subsidiary has sent out invitations to an event on 13 November. The company said that the event will feature the “highly anticipated unveiling of a reinvented icon”. The invite also reportedly came with a GIF that shows the silhouette of the device.

Motorola has applied for foldable device patents since August of last year. The first was more rudimentary, showcasing a phone with a foldable display. Another one was granted in January this year, showcasing the Razr’s iconic bottom chin. Both show a form-factor of a standard smartphone when unfolded. Prior reports also indicated that the upcoming Motorola Razr will be a mid-range device. Items on the spec sheet include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 2730mAh battery. We’ll know for sure if this is indeed the case come 13 November.
