According to PhoneArena, a DigiTimes report claims that the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will be released in 2020. As of now, the only thing that is known as far as specs in concerned is the screen, which measures in at 6.7 inches. But there’s a lot of details to unpack from the screen alone.

Where the original Galaxy Fold looks more like a tablet when unfolded, the sequel will look a lot more like a standard smartphone. In fact, it will measure a lot like the Galaxy S10 5G when unfolded. When folded, it has a one-inch display on the outside to show you basic information like time and notifications. It’s all very reminiscent of the Motorola RAZR, the existence of which is still in question, beyond a filed patent. The report also states that the Korean tech giant will begin sourcing for the display in November. This, in turn, indicates the start of mass production and launch within the first half of 2020. It’s better to simply take this report with a grain of salt first, considering the first Galaxy Fold has yet to even hit the market. (Source: PhoneArena)
