The company touts that the device will be the first 1000R gaming monitor, featuring a curvature radius of 1,000mm. It will be equipped with a QLED display with Wide Quad-High Definition (WQHD) at 2,560×1,440 resolution, an aspect ratio of 16:9, Quantum dot technology, and a 1ms response time with 240Hz refresh rate.
The Odyssey G7 sports a matte black exterior with a colour-changing rear core lightning system which can be customised based on the preferences of the user. Other than that, the monitor also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and Adaptive Sync on DP1.4, and is also TÜV Rheinland certified. As previously reported, the G7 will arrive in two sizes: 27-inch and 32-inch. Samsung Malaysia has confirmed with us that the Odyssey G7 will be released locally sometime soon. However, its launch date and pricing are yet to be revealed by the company. (Source: Samsung)
