One of them is the ability to check rollout out period of unifi Turbo for one’s account. Through the feature, customers would be able to find out the Turbo speed that their plan will receive.
Additionally, the expected rollout period will also be shown but unfortunately, not the exact implementation date. For those who have already received unifi Turbo upgrade, the function above will not appear for them. Instead, it will be turned into equipment checker instead, as shown below.
Through this particular feature, customers can check whether their existing TM-supplied Broadband Termination Unit (also fondly referred by many as “modem”) and Wi-Fi router are able to support their unifi Turbo speed. Customers will be then offered a replacement if the record showed that customers still using older equipment.
Else, customers would then received an acknowledgment (as shown above) that their equipment are already compatible with unifi Turbo. To try these feature yourself, just head on to unifi’s official website, and login to your account. (Thanks for the tips, Charndeep Singh! Thanks to Sharil for the additional screenshot as well!)
